Jaymes B. Lester
Jaymes B. Lester is a former member of the Delaware Public Service Commission (PSC), the state body charged with regulating the state's utility companies.[1] Lester was first appointed to the PSC by former Gov. Ruth Ann Minner (D) in 2001. Although Lester's last appointment was scheduled to expired in May 2012, he continued to serve on the PSC at the pleasure of current Gov. Jack Markell until 2015.[2]
Biography
Lester manages Richland Farms, a 2300-acre grain production farm. He served two terms as president of the University of Delaware Agricultural Extension Advisory Committee and serves on the board of directors of the New Castle County Civic League.[1]
