Jeanne Davis
Jeanne Davis was an at-large member of the Simi Valley Unified Board of Education in California. She was first elected to the board in November 2006. While the position is nonpartisan, Davis is a Democrat.[1]
She ran for re-election in the general election on November 4, 2014. Jeanne Davis lost the general election on November 4, 2014.
Biography
Davis was a teacher in the Simi Valley Unified School District for 38 years, teaching regular, special and adult education, as well as GATE. She was also a middle school vice principal and elementary principal.[2]

The election in Simi Valley Unified featured two at-large seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. There was no primary election.
Jeanne Davis was the only incumbent running for re-election. She faced challengers William "Bill" Daniels, Josie Hirsch, Elaine Litster and Scott M. Blough. Daniels and Blough defeated Davis, Hirsch and Litster for the two available seats.
Daniel L. Ratner was a candidate but withdrew on October 10, 2014. His name still appeared on the ballot.
