Jeanne Nunez Juneau is a judge of the 34th Judicial District Court (Division B) in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. She was elected to the position in 2013 for a term that expired in 2014.[1] She was re-elected in 2014 for a term beginning on January 1, 2015, and expiring on December 31, 2020.[2][3]

Juneau ran for election to the 34th Judicial District Court.
Primary: She received 50.3 percent of the vote in the primary on October 19, 2013, defeating Kim Cooper Jones.
General: She won without opposition in the general election on November 16, 2013.Her name did not appear on the ballot.[4][5]
2010
Juneau was defeated by Daniel L. Dysart in her bid for the 4th Circuit Court of Appeal (3rd District, Division A), receiving only 46% of the vote.[6][7]

Education
Juneau earned a B.A. from Loyola University in New Orleans, going on to receive her J.D. there as well.[8]
Career
Prior to her judicial election in 2013, Juneau served as legal counsel for the St. Bernard Parish government. She ran her own law firm for 12 years and has also guest lectured at Tulane University.[9]
