Jeannette Garcia, a first-generation American born in East Los Angeles, California. Jeannette served in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer and later became a Federal Police Officer with the Department Of The Air Force. Jeannette is a single mother to a little boy and has a full-time career.

• We need to fights for the future of our country.
• Defending American Values
• God, Country and Family

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Jeannette is Pro-Law Enforcement, Pro-Second Amendment, Pro-Life, and believes CRT does not belong in our schools. She believes in securing our borders and strengthening our immigration system.

Who do you look up to? Whose example would you like to follow, and why?

My parents. They are living proof of the American Dream! Hard work, service, dedication and patriotism.

Is there a book, essay, film, or something else you would recommend to someone who wants to understand your political philosophy?

I would listen to speeches from President Donald trump and candidate Kari Lake.

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

Transparency and trust.

What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?

Passion, fierce leadership and patriotism.

What legacy would you like to leave?

One that will make my son proud!

What is the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember? How old were you at the time?

9/11 at the age of 13.

What is your favorite book? Why?

The Bible. If I had to choose a book, the book of Romans.

What qualities does the U.S. House of Representatives possess that makes it unique as an institution?

The power to vote for the people.

Do you believe that it's beneficial for representatives to have previous experience in government or politics?

No, we al need people that are of the people for the people. That is exactly what I am, a middle class, single mother who wants to be part of change and stand for those who have the same beliefs.

What do you perceive to be the United States’ greatest challenges as a nation over the next decade?

Losing sight of our values and the American Dream. We need to fight for the future of this country for our children.

If you are not a current representative, are there certain committees that you would want to be a part of?

Military affairs and public safety and education

Do you believe that two years is the right term length for representatives?

Yes, it gives people the option to vote for change if needed.

What are your thoughts on term limits?

They should be limited.

Do you believe that compromise is necessary or desirable for policymaking?

At times, yes. Compromise in all relationships may be necessary unless there is no compromise. Example: I will not comprise my values.
