Jeff Anderson (Minnesota)
Jeff Anderson was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 8th Congressional District of Minnesota.
Biography
Anderson was born and raised in Ely, Minnesota. Upon graduating from Ely Memorial High School, he joined the Minnesota Army National Guard, where he served as mechanized infantryman. During this time, he also attended college at Bemidji State and the University of Minnesota at Duluth. He has worked in television and radio for the last 16 years. He is also a councilman for the city of Duluth.[1]

2012
Anderson ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Minnesota's 8th District. He was defeated by Rick Nolan in the Democratic primary.[2]
