Jeff Bird is the former Zone 5 representative on the Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 school board in Idaho. Bird initially filed to run for re-election in the by-district general election on May 16, 2017, but he withdrew from the race.

Three of the five seats on the Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 board of trustees were up for by-district general election on May 16, 2017. Incumbent Amy Landers was the only candidate to file to run for the Zone 2 seat, which caused the election to be canceled. Landers won re-election to the board by default.[1] Zone 3 incumbent Chad Dance defeated challenger Nicholas Torman. The open Zone 5 race featured candidates Michael Cousin, Scott Lynch, and Cecile Perez, and Lynch won the seat. Zone 5 incumbent Jeff Bird initially filed to run for re-election, but he withdrew from the race.[2][3]
