Biography
Jeff Burks was born in Memphis, Tennessee. Burks' professional experience includes working as a computer programmer. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville in 1992 and a graduate degree from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock in 1996.[1]
Burks has been affiliated with Freemasons, Rotary, NRA, Old Fort Gun Club.[1]
