Jeff Foster McElroy is a judge for the Eighth Judicial District Court in New Mexico. He was elected on November 6, 2012.[1] He was sworn in on December 13, 2012.[2]
He was retained in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2020.[3]

McElroy was retained to the 8th District Court with 81.5 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]

2012
McElroy was elected to the district court in 2012. He defeated fellow Democratic candidates Helen L. Lopez and Floyd W. Lopez in the June 5, 2012 primary. He then defeated Republican incumbent Andria Cooper in the general election on November 6, 2012, winning 60.85% of the vote.[1]
