Jeff Nesset
Jeff Nesset (b. September 13, 1952) is a former Republican member of the Idaho House of Representatives, representing District 7A from 2010 to 2012.
Nesset is a branch manager for D.A. Davidson & Co., a Montana-based investment firm. He sits on the board of Regence Blue Shield of Idaho and the Jack O'Connor Hunting Heritage & Education Center. He served as mayor of Lewiston, ID from 1998 to 2007, and as a Lewiston City Councilman from 1996 to 2007. Nesset earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Montana State University.

Nesset ran for election to District 6 of the Idaho State Senate in 2012. He was defeated by Dan Johnson in the Republican primary on May 15.[2][3]

Nesset was unopposed in the primary on May 25th. He defeated incumbent Elizabeth Chavez in the general election on November 2, 2010.[4]
