Jeff Priebe was a temporary special justice assigned to the Arkansas Supreme Court on April 28, 2010, by Governor Mike Beebe to serve on the case of the appeal filed by Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley of their 1993 murder convictions. Priebe was appointed after Associate Justice Elana Wills recused herself from the case.[1]
