- I have the most experience in this type of court. I have handled tens of thousands of misdemeanor cases in my 32 years as a litigation lawyer. I have represented people throughout Texas and in over 20 jurisdictions. I have tried cases in Federal Court, State Court and County Court. I have tried more cases than both candidates combined.
- I am the only candidate that has argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and this status is held by less than one tenth of one percent of all practicing lawyers. I am also the only attorney that has handled appeals in our 8th District Court of appeals out of El Paso.
- I am also the only candidate that has tried murder cases to traffic tickets and everything in between.
