Robnett graduated from Texas Tech University's School of Law in 1988. He is an attorney with a private practice in Midland, Texas. He and his wife have six children.[1][2]

Board membership

The Midland Board of Trustees voted unanimously on 98.4 percent of its votes between April 14, 2014, and April 13, 2015. Every vote recorded by the board passed.

According to Veronica Ramirez, executive secretary to Superintendent Warren, the Midland Board of Trustees does not track "yes" and "no" votes by individual board members on given issues. Therefore, on the votes where the board was not unanimous (1.6 percent of the time), the member voting records are not made public by the district.[3]

Ballotpedia is unable to determine whether there are governing majority or minority factions on the board due to the unavailability of member voting records. Due to the overwhelming majority of unanimous votes, it is likely that no individual board member's voting record differs significantly from that of the other board members.[4]
