Jefferson County Fire Protection District Levy Restorations, 2 (April 2010)
Two Jefferson County Fire Protection District Levy Restoration measures were on the April 27, 2010 ballot in the Fire Protection District in Jefferson County.
Both measures were approved
Measure 1:
Measure 2:
- YES 2,369 (54.48%)

- NO 1,979 (45.52%)[1]
The first measure sought to restore the $.50 per $1,000 of assessed property value emergency medical services levy in the district. The second measure sought to restore the $1.00 property tax in the district that is used to help provide fire protection and services to the district.[2] These taxes were for those residents in the unincorporated areas of the fire district area. The rate for the emergency levy was $.32 and the rate of the fire levy was $.56.[3]
