Jeffrey A. Manning
Jeffrey A. Manning was a judge for the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. He was appointed to the court in 1988 and elected to his first ten-year term in 1989. Manning was retained three times, most recently on November 5, 2019. He retired from the court in 2021.[1]
Education
Manning earned his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and his J.D. from Duquesne University.[2]
