Jeffrey A. Smith (Pennsylvania)
Jeffrey A. Smith was a senior judge on the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1][2] Smith was first appointed to the court in 1983 at the age of 32 becoming the youngest judge on the court of common pleas. He was then elected in 1985 to a 10-year term. Subsequently, he was retained in 1995 and 2005. Smith retired on February 7, 2013.[3][4] Smith fully retired from the court on February 12, 2015.[5]
Education
Smith earned his undergraduate degree from University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.[6]
