General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 43.7 percent of the vote. He competed against Jennifer L. Springer. [1]

Williams received his undergraduate degree from Heidelberg College, his master’s degree from Central Michigan University, and his J.D. from Capital University Law School.[2]

Career

Williams is a magistrate for the Knox County Court of Common Pleas Probate/Juvenile Division. He has served in this capacity since 1995.[2]
