Jeffrey D. Goodwin is a district court judge for the Snohomish County South Division in Snohomish County, Washington.[1] He was appointed to the court in 2004, and he served as presiding judge from 2009 to 2010.[2]

Goodwin was re-elected by voters in 2014, winning a four-year term that expired on January 6, 2019.[3] [4]
