Jeffrey Farrell
Jeffrey D. Farrell is a district judge of Iowa District 5C. He was appointed to this position in 2013. Farrell was retained in the general election on November 8, 2016.[1][2]
Biography
Farrell earned his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Iowa in 1986 and 1989, respectively.[1]
He served as a law clerk for Iowa District Five from 1989 to 1991. Prior to his appointment to the bench in 2013, Farrell also served as an assistant attorney general and an administrative law judge.[1]
