Jeffrey J. Noland

Jeffrey J. Noland is a juvenile court judge of the Second Judicial District in Utah. He was appointed to this position by Governor Gary Herbert in July of 2010 and replaced former Judge Stephen A. Van Dyke.[1][2] He was retained in 2014 for a term that expires on January 3, 2021.[3]

Noland was retained to the Second District with 78.9 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]
Education
Noland received his undergraduate degree from Weber State College. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Noland worked as a deputy county prosecutor, a parental defender in child welfare matters, and as a guardian ad litem on behalf of children.[1]
