Jeffrey K. Winikow
Jeffrey K. Winikow was a judge on the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in California. He was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown in May 2012 to succeed William J. Birney.[1] He retired in 2015.[2]
Education
Winikow received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and J.D. degree from University of Chicago Law School.[1]
