Jeffrey Kurtz
Jeffrey Kurtz is a former presiding judge of the Winnebago Tribal Court in Nebraska. He was appointed to this position in February of 2009.[1] Kurtz has served as an associate judge with the Omaha Tribal Court since 2017.[2]
Education
Kurtz graduated from the Creighton University School of Law.[1]
Career
Kurtz worked as a tribal prosecutor, Deputy Thurston County Attorney and sole practitioner prior to his judicial appointment in 2009.[1]
