Jeffrey Langan
Jeffrey Langan was a 2016 Libertarian candidate for District 40 of the Oregon House of Representatives.
Langan was a 2014 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Oregon.[1] He lost to incumbent Earl Blumenauer (D) in the general election on November 4, 2014.[2]
