Jeffrey Lawrence
Jeffrey Lawrence was a judge of the Cook Circuit 13th Subcircuit in Illinois.[1] Lawrence was first elected in 1992.[2] He resigned from the bench effective July 15, 2016.[3]
Biography
Lawrence earned his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and was admitted to the practice in 1969.[2]
Prior to his judicial election in 1992, Lawrence was a private practice attorney.[2]
2010 retention

Lawrence was retained in 2010, receiving 73.2% of the vote.[4][5]
The Judicial Performance Commission of Cook County recommended that Lawrence not be retained.[5]
