Jeffrey M. Lipman is a magistrate judge of the Fifth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in May of 2001.[1]
Biography and Education
Lipman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona in 1986 and his law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1989. He is now married and has four children.[1]
Career
Lipman was appointed a magistrate in 2001.[1]
