Jeffrey Newman is a former member of the Alabama State Board of Education, representing District 7 from 2013 to 2021.

Biography

A native of Lamar County, Alabama, Newman spent 32 years working in the Lamar County school system. Newman has worked with the district as an agribusiness teacher, assistant principal, technical principal, administrator of federal programs, and as its superintendent.[1]
