Jeffrey Perry
Jeffrey Perry was a Republican member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He represented the Fifth Barnstable from 2002 to 2011.
Perry is an Adjunct Professor at Cape Cod Community College, and Co-Founder of the Law Firm of Flannigan and Perry. He has previously been a small business owner, Sergeant in the Wareham Police Department, and served in the Massachusetts National Guard.
Perry is Chair of the Alzheimer's of Cape Cod Annual Auction Host Committee, and a member of the American Legion, Big Brothers/Big Sisters Advisory Board, Barnstable County Republican Club, Canal Region Chamber of Commerce, National Federation of Independent Business, Bourne Local Hazard Mitigation Committee, and the Sturgis Charter School Advisory Committee.[1]

Incumbent Perry did not seek re-election but instead ran for the 10th Congressional District seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Perry won re-election for the Massachusetts House of Representatives election for the Fifth Barnstable district.[2] In this election he raised $132,682-; of that total $130,932- (98.7%) was from in state contributions and $1,750- (1.3%) was from out of state contributions.[3]
