Jeffrey Clark was a candidate for District 4 on the Knox County school board in Tennessee. He, along with fellow challenger Sally Absher, lost to incumbent Lynne Fugate in the primary election on May 6, 2014.

Jeffrey Clark lost to incumbent Lynne Fugate in the primary election on May 6, 2014 for the District 4 seat. Since Fugate received at least 50 percent "plus one" of the vote, she outright won the election.[1]
