Jeffrey Tkac
Jeffrey Tkac was a member of the Bakersfield City Council in California, representing Ward 5. Tkac won the seat in the general election on November 8, 2016. He was sworn-in on December 14, 2016.[1]
Tkac died by apparent suicide on January 5, 2017.[2]
