Biography
Jeffrie Long Jr. earned a B.A. in clinical psychology from Liberty University. Long's career experience includes working as the senior pastor of Communion Church in Huntingtown, Maryland, and as a legislative aide.[1]

Noteworthy events
According to court documents, Long was arrested and charged with felony counts of home invasion and first-degree assault in relation to an alleged incident with his aunt on April 4, 2023. [2]
On May 31, 2023, the charges against Long were modified from felonies to misdemeanors. [3]
On August 18, 2023, all charges against Long were dropped by the St. Mary's County state attorney's office. [4]
