Biography
Wilcox earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 2000.[1] Before she became a judge, Wilcox served as an assistant commonwealth's attorney for about eight years and, before that, as an assistant director of law with the City of Louisville Law Department.[2]

Qualifications
To serve on this court, a judge must be:[6]
- a U.S. citizen;
- a resident of the represented district for at least two years; and
- licensed to practice law for at least two years.
