Jennifer Faunce is a judge for the 16th Circuit Court in Macomb County, Michigan.[1] She was appointed to the court by Governor Rick Snyder in July 2013 to fill the vacancy created by the appointment of David Viviano to the Michigan Supreme Court.[2][3] On November 4, 2014, Faunce was elected to the 16th Circuit Court to serve out the remainder of Viviano's term, which expires on December 31, 2018.[4]
