Jennifer Kurud "Jenna" Fischer is a judge of the Eighth District Court in Minnesota, serving in Kandiyohi County. She was appointed to the bench on September 10, 2013, by Governor Mark Dayton upon the retirement of Kathryn Smith.[1]
She was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires in 2020.[2]

From 2010 until her judicial appointment in 2013, Fischer was an attorney for Kandiyohi County. She was formerly a partner with the law firm of Jones & Fischer and previously served as an assistant public defender.[1]
