Jennifer J. Frydrychowicz

Jennifer J. Frydrychowicz is a judge of the First Circuit Court, Division D, in Escambia County, Florida. She was appointed to the court on June 10, 2020, to replace retired judge Michael G. Allen.[1]
Frydrychowicz formerly served as a judge of the Escambia County Court in Florida. She was appointed by Governor Rick Scott on May 2, 2014. She filled a vacancy created by the resignation of Thomas Johnson.[2] She left the county court in 2020 when she was elevated to the First Circuit Court.[3]
Education
Frydrychowicz earned an undergraduate degree and a J.D. from the University of Florida.[2]
Career
Before being appointed as a judge, Frydrychowicz was a lawyer with Luther, Collier, Hodges & Cash, LLP. She was an assistant state's attorney for the First Judicial Circuit between 2009 and 2012. Prior to 2009, she was an attorney with the firm of Blank Rome, LLP. She also served as a staff attorney in the office of U.S. Senator Arlen Specter.[2]
