Jennifer Garrison
Jennifer Garrison (born 1962 in Fort Thomas, KY) was a 2014 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 6th Congressional District of Ohio.[1] She was defeated by Rep. Bill Johnson (R) in the general election on November 4, 2014.[2]
Garrison is a former member of the Ohio House of Representatives. She represented the 93rd Congressional District from 2005 to 2011. She was commissioner of the Marietta Civil Service Board from 1997-2004.
Garrison's professional experience includes manager to the Washington County Visitation Mediation Project; private law practice; partner in McCauley, Webster and Emrick; associate attorney; judicial clerkship; legislative assistant for Ohio Department of Transportation and Ohio Department of Natural Resources.[3]

Garrison ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Ohio's 6th District. Garrison won the Democratic nomination in the primary on May 6, 2014, but lost to Rep. Bill Johnson (R) in the general election.[2] The general election took place on November 4, 2014.
