General: She defeated incumbent Judge Donald E. Armstrong Jr. in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 54.6 percent of the vote. [2]

The judges of the Kentucky District Courts are elected in nonpartisan elections. They serve four-year terms and must run for re-election if they wish to serve again.[3][4]

Qualifications
To serve on this court, a judge must be:[3]

  • licensed to practice law for at least two years.
