Jennifer Muench-McElfresh is a judge on the Butler County Court of Common Pleas in Hamilton, Ohio. Muench-McElfresh fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Andrew Nastoff.[1] She was appointed to the court by Governor John Kasich on October 8, 2013, and assumed office on October 21, 2013, to serve out the remainder of Nastoff's term. Muench-McElfresh was re-elected to the Butler County Court of Common Pleas in 2014, winning a full term that expires on December 31, 2020.[2]

Education
Muench-McElfresh received her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Cincinnati and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.[1]
Career
From 2011 until her appointment to the court, Muench-McElfresh served as the chief of the Child Assault Division for the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office. Prior to her work with the Child Assault Division, she served as a prosecutor for the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office for fourteen years.[4][5]
