Jennifer Niemann is a judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of California. She assumed office on June 16, 2020. Her current term ends on June 16, 2034.
Education
Niemann received her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.[1]
Career
Before her appointment as a bankruptcy judge, Niemann was in private practice. She also served as a law clerk to three different bankruptcy judges of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California.[1]
