Jennifer Potter
Jennifer Potter was the Hawaii Public Utilities Commissioner. Potter assumed office in 2018. Potter left office on October 31, 2022.
Biography
Potter previously worked as a faculty member at the Hawaii Natural Energy Institute, part of the University of Hawaii. She worked as a senior scientific engineering associate in the Electricity Market and Policy group at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. She also worked at Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) as the project manager on SMUD’s SmartSacramento team. She also worked as the principal load and revenue forecaster for the City of Roseville.[1]
