Campaign website
Loflin's campaign website stated the following:
Putting Justice Into Action
Judicial service is more than legal knowledge. It requires judgment, preparation, and the courage to make difficult decisions when public safety and constitutional rights are at stake.
My judicial philosophy is rooted in the following principles:
- Decisions Based on Law and Facts Every case deserves an impartial evaluation grounded in the law and the facts; never politics, pressure, or popularity.
- Accountability in the Courtroom Accountability matters. When required to protect public safety, I will hold offenders responsible, including imposing incarceration when appropriate under the law.
- Respect for Constitutional Rights I am committed to protecting the constitutional rights of all parties—victims, defendants, and the community—while ensuring proceedings are fair and lawful.
- Experience That Matters I bring nearly two decades of courtroom experience in Riverside County and am prepared to serve effectively from day one on the bench.
- Dignity, Respect, and Public Service I believe every person who enters the courtroom deserves dignity and respect, and that judicial service is a responsibility, not a platform.
