Jeramy Olmack is a queer 25-year-old with a background in project management, drag, and military service. They are running as an independent to overthrow the duopoly that controls our political system. They aim to restore our representational democracy to represent the entire population, not just the wealthy. They know it's time to end the Second Senate and Expand our House of Representatives to 1365 Representatives so we can drown out the duopoly that controls our systems of governance.
  • Represent our Community and People, not Wealthy Corporations. For too long our us house of representatives has been twisted to benefit those with wealth because every step we have taken to become a true democracy has been met with resistance by our oppressors in which we have had to comprises the progress we are making to appease them. I am changing that narrative. It is time for people to finally get the representation they deserve. Jeramy Promises to be a representative of the people by fighting to expand our representation to 1365 members of the house, by building outreach systems that anyone can use to get the support they need, and holding the wealthy accountable for extracting and hoarding our community's wealth and assets.
  • End Systems and Cycles of Oppression, Emulation and Assimilation. America is the first colonial power to achieve impendence and our government was formed to allow for freedom and liberty for all... but it never truly has been. Every time our country took one step forward it also took 5 steps back because those who are still loyal to the way of kings and empires influence our government to this day. It's time to finally drown their voices out! Jeramy has made it his life mission to create a civilization that works for all. Everyone is different and they shouldn't be punished for their differences. The goal is to build a system that doesn't have use preconceived notions or benchmarks as its basis while being compassionate about everything.
  • Hold our Corrupt Oppressors Accountable. For too long our oppressive regimes have hidden behind legalities, boardrooms, and any other means they can to fool us into submission. It's time to have the answer for these crimes against community. Thier shadowy influence and regimes have hidden the truth for long enough! Jeramy will start to hold these people accountable by launching investigations into the operation, management, and leadership (Past and Present) of every corporation that operates with in the United States. Using every resource they have used to prosecute and disenfranchise, we will remove them from holding any influence over anything. There will not be anywhere for them to hide from the music of social and civic justice.
Jeramy is passionate about all areas of public policy but refuses to pick just one as he will be focusing on representing the interests of the people not policy positions. They take a special interest in governance, executive, representatives, and judicial organization, oversight, and operations with goal of liberation for all not just the lucky few. As a queer veteran, they have a personal interest in fighting for the survival of all peoples but especially all black, indigenous, and queer people. I am demanding a US 3.0 that actually adheres to the ideal of liberty for all.
I look up to my parents, both my mom and dad very much influenced what I believe and their examples drive me to this day to be better than they were. I believe we have a duty to be better than our parents and build a society that I feel proud of future generations inheriting. I also look up to Katie Porter, Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Eleanor Roosevelt, Katherine G. Johnson, Rosa Parks, Betty White, Martin Luther king Jr, Robert F. Kennedy, Franklin Delanor Roosevelt, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Robin Williams, Nikola Tesla, Stan Lee, and Cathrine the Great.
Truthfully: Leverage, The West Wing, Madam Secretary, Hunger Games, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Avatar the Last Airbender, How to Train Your dragons, Owl House, The Color Purple, The Greatest Showman, most if not all of Disney's content, Eureka, Doctor Who, Star Trek, and a lot of media.
The principles most important for an elected official is a willingness to listen and put aside their own ego to do what is right. An elected official should be compassionate and passionate about the people they are supposed to represent. That is the only characteristic that matters are that they have the best interests of future generations in mind instead of short-term profits.
The qualities that will make me successful is that I am not afraid to address the root issues that cause cracks in our foundations. I am willing to change and make changes because I am not getting stuck in my own preconceived notions. I have spent years growing and owning the wrongs I have committed. I'm not wanting to sit by watching the world burn.
The core responsibility is to represent all people not just the ones who can afford it. It is to use their powers to effect real and lasting change across America.
I want to leave a legacy where future generations don't have to feel the sins of the past. My Legacy should not be my chief concern and that should be the legacy I leave. I want to remembered for the work I have done to liberate people not the accolades, image, or titles I held.
The first historical event I remember is 9/11. and not so much remember but experienced. I was 4 years old in Ramstein, Germany. My dad was in the Air Force stationed there.
My first Job was the Merchant House in Greenville Ohio as a Servers Assistant for 4 months.
Red, White and Royal Blue. It's a queer political love story.
I would love to be Buffy Summers, Percy Jackson, or the Doctor.
Hell is forever / You didn't Know & Loser, Baby from the Hazbin Hotel soundtrack.
I struggle with my mental health, letting Trama interfere, acting appropriately/behaving, and having a god complex. I can't deny that I can get pretty ugly from time to time. I try not to allow my worst to come out but we are all human.
I think that is actually the problem, too many people with experience in government and politics are calling the shots. While it can be beneficial it is never necessary. We should not be gatekeeping our representation.
No, I think a 4-year term with a 3-term limit is appropriate for representatives to effect real changes. two years allows representatives to be in campaign mode every year.
YES just Yes, no one should be able to sit in the same position for their entire life.
Our Political System
Compromise has been a smoke screen to politicize our governance. I do not believe it is necessary or desirable. Too often the compromises we have had to make have never been a comprises they have been a demand by a minority trying to extort authority over our polies. We should be coming to an agreement that we can all live with instead of fighting over who can force more concessions.
I would be revolutionizing our taxation system by advocating for the redesign of how taxes are collected, how our budget is made, and how the United States uses its money in general. we should not be fueling fires around the world with our taxes and revenue.
The US House should use its investigative powers to protect democracy and hold the powerful accountable.
Standing: Rules, House Administration, Oversight and Accountability, Ethics, Budget, Judiciary

Special, Select, and Other Committees: House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence
Joint Committees: Joint Economic Committee, Joint Committee on Taxation,

Commissions and Caucuses: House Democracy Partnership, Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe
Transparency and accountability is part of my core philosophy
