Jeremiah J. Moriarty, III
Jeremiah J. Moriarty, III was a justice on the Erie County Supreme Court in the 8th Judicial District of New York. He was appointed to this position by Gov. Andrew Cuomo and confirmed by the state Senate, effective June 20, 2013. His term ended on December 31, 2013, when he reached the mandatory retirement age of 70.[1]
Education
Moriarty received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in 1965 and his J.D. from the State University of New York, Buffalo Law School in 1968.[1][2]
