I began my legal career in 2008, in private practice working for a large Nevada firm, primarily in business litigation. Prior to taking the bench, I was a criminal prosecutor for eleven years with the Henderson City Attorney’s Office. During that time, I was selected as an instructor for DUI prosecution and Constitutional Law at the Henderson Police Department and Southern Desert Regional Police Academies. In 2017, I was promoted and took on a supervisory role in the office. As a prosecutor for the City of Henderson, I handled thousands of criminal cases and conducted over 200 trials.
I am a member of the Clark County Bar Association, Nevada Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. I also belong to the Nevada Judges of Limited Jurisdiction, and the American Judges Association. I am licensed to practice law in Nevada as well as U.S. District Court.- Fairness.
