THE US CONSTITUTION
I PLEDGE TO UPHOLD, SUPPORT, AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION – THE ARTICLES, SECTIONS, CLAUSES, THE PREAMBLE, BILL OF RIGHTS, AND THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE – ALL OF IT.
The primary responsibility of any elected official is to protect the individual rights of citizens. As a former commissioned Texas Peace Officer, I swore an Oath to the U.S. Constitution to protect and defend and uphold the laws of the State of Texas, as well as our great nation, and I applied it  on  every citizen interaction, traffic stop, call for service, warrant service, and process delivery. Even as a Justice  Court bailiff, I didn’t take that allegiance lightly.  Some, perhaps many of our previously elected officials have forgotten their duty or simply considered it a nuisance.

Article VI, Clause  3 , Oath or Affirmation: “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned………… shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.” Again, the primary responsibility of any elected official is to protect the rights of the citizens.

According to Deputy Director Commission on the Bicentennial of the United States Constitution, Ronald Mann, “Adherence to the spirit and intent of our Constitution was so important to our Founding Fathers that one of the first acts of the First Congress in 1789, was to pass the verbiage for the Oath or Affirmation of office in compliance with Article VI of our Constitution. George Washington was administered the Oath or Affirmation of office, as prescribed by Article II Section 1, on April 29, 1789, to which he added, “So help me God.”

“Sadly, with the passing of time, the Oath or Affirmation of office has become perfunctory. It has long its meaning to many of our elected leaders.” Mann  further stated, “It is hoped that this publication will awaken a desire within  the  inhabitants of this nation to restore to the Constitution the eminence given it by our Founders that we may as a nation be blessed with continued freedom, security, and happiness.”

Today, the Oath is codified as 5 U.S. Code § 3331 – Oath of office: “An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: “I, ______, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” This section does not affect other oaths required by law. (Pub. L. 89–554, Sept. 6, 1966, 80 Stat. 424.)

ELECTION FRAUD
UNTIL THE NOVEMBER 3RD, 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION “VOTING IRREGULARITIES” ARE REMEDIED, WE, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, DO NOT HAVE FAITH IN THE LEGITIMACY OF ELECTIONS.  IF WE CONTINUE USING THE SAME MACHINES, SOFTWARE, VOTER REGISTRATION AND ROLLS, MAIL-IN AND DRIVE-IN BALLOTS, NO SIGNATURES, BALLOT TABULATION INCONSISTENCIES, ETC., IT WILL CAUSE FURTHER INEXORABLE, SUBVERSIVE EROSION OF OUR REPUBLIC.

According to Sidney Powell, elections have been rigged for 21 years. Put simply, we can’t “vote more-RED,” or get “more voter turnout.”  Nevertheless, I entered this primary race determined to fight for our present and future generations – FIX what got us to November 3rd, 2020 or there is NO 2022, no 2024, etc.  We will effectively become a one-party state. Republicans and conservatives idly stood by as the Democrats filed 60+ lawsuits within six months of the 2020 election to change voter laws. Why the lawsuits, and why no counteraction?

Former Collin County GOP Chairman, Mark Reid, in a November 20th, 2020 email blast to fellow Republicans, entitled “STOLEN ELECTION.”

Chairman  Reid wrote, “….it is time for ‘Free States’…’Republican States’…. Those that support the Constitution and the principles of Federalism, to stand up for the ideas on which our great nation was founded. We must fight against ‘Marxist States,’ the ‘Deep State’ and their allies in business and media who are actively trying to ‘fundamentally transform’ this nation……Deep state, one world politicians [emphasis mine], and Marxists forces have been engaged in one attempted coup after another……… Rigging this election is the only most recent attempt to drive President Trump out of office.”

Rigged elections are part of the de-stabilization of America, or Ideological subversion – the slow methodical process to overthrow the Federal Government.  In 1984, Soviet defector and former KGB propagandist, Yuri Bezmenov, conducted an interview warning Americans of the four phases of Ideological Subversion and of what was to come, and that we were well-underway.

DID ANYONE REALLY LISTEN?

On his radio program in 2020, during the height of the pandemic, radio talk show host, Glenn Beck, spoke of Ideological Subversion, but did anyone really listen?

I, Jeremy Ivanovskis, primary candidate for TX-03, am one of those Texans who demands a full forensic audit including, but not limited to, candidates and party chairs initiating audits by county clerks for State, County, and all local “down-ticket” elections. To remedy fraud, we must first:

Follow established and codified election laws;
Roll back changes to the elections laws the Democrats pushed through in the 6 months before the 2020 election;
Complete a full-forensic audit of all elections, including “down ticket” local races;
Scrub voter roles; *Texas Secretary of State on election fraud in Collin County
Ban or Secure voting machines;
One day, one vote;
No mail-in votes (except those authorized – deployed military, the infirm);
No drive-thru votes;
Voter ID (Carter-Baker Commission proposed uniform system of photo ID).
Audit all 50 States;
DECERTIFY the 2020 Presidential Election – WE KNOW TRUMP WON.

Primary and replace RINOs;

Take back the U.S. House of Representatives;
RE-do the Presidential vote using watermarked, anti-fraud paper ballots;

Nationwide voting on Election Day;

Prosecute those responsible - Big Tech conspirators (Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, “Zuckerbucks”) and foreigners and foreign nations.

Wrapping up his STOLEN ELECTION email, Chairman Reid was hopeful when he mentioned the 87th Legislative Session would start Jan 12. 2021 [implying election integrity would be a focus].

With a Republican majority 87th Legislature, why didn’t HB16 get enacted?  Every single Texas Legislator should sign AZ Senator Wendy Rogers full forensic audit letter, aka ‘the new Declaration of Independence.’

In a November 29, 2021 “SAVE AMERICA” post, President Trump stated, “Mollie Hemingway’s bestselling book, Rigged, is a great read on the Corrupt Fake News Media and Big Tech’s interference in the 2020 Presidential Election, not to mention the corrupt election itself. They pulled out all the stops to take the election away from the People, and if we had more honest reporters like Mollie Hemingway, they wouldn’t be able to get away with it – more and more evidence of fraud and irregularities coming out, daily!”

If elected to Congress, I’ll will introduce legislation to swiftly ensure States’ Rights and election rules as outlined in the Constitutional are followed, as well as call to repeal those Court decisions (i.e. PA Supreme Court) in 2020 that negatively and egregiously affected all elections. I would also introduce legislation to ensure that ALL those who violate the aforementioned are prosecuted to the full extent of the law, no matter their position.

ILLEGAL MANDATES

Regardless, WE DO NOT suspend, CANCEL, or “pause” the U.S. Constitution and our unalienable rights, nor do we suspend or right to Life, Liberty, and pursuit of Happiness during a declared ‘emergency’ or a ‘pandemic.’ When this began, I was subject to pineal gland temperature checks and electronic “well-for-work” declarations upon arriving at work. The American Revolutionary War was fought during a smallpox pandemic which killed an estimated 130,000 colonists. The U.S. Constitution was written during a time like this and especially FOR times like this. Can you imagine if General George Washington ordered the Continental Army to “mask-up,” “stay-at-home,” “stay 6 feet apart,” “mask up inside your own home,” waiting for the British to arrive and punish them for treason?

In the current era, Masks, PCR, and the injections are all Emergency Use Authorized. Emergency Use Authorization (“EUA”) is an authorization by the FDA under section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) (Title 21 U.S.C. 360bbb-3) whereby certain unapproved medical products or unapproved uses of approved medical products may nonetheless be used in an emergency to diagnose, treat, or prevent serious or life-threatening diseases or conditions caused by biologic, chemical, or nuclear agents when there are no adequate approved and available alternatives.

The masks, PCR, and shots are unapproved, the risks are unknown, and the recipient has the option to accept or refuse. This is known as “Informed Consent.” Though President Trump advocates for the shots and mentions boosters, he still says, “you have a choice” and “you still have your freedoms.” This originates back to the Nuremberg Code, which originated from the Nuremberg Tribunals of Nazi war criminals. This was a series of 11 or so tribunals. The case involving Nazi medical doctors was “United States v. Karl Brandt, et al.”

At last check, social media has suggested Congressional members, as well as bureaucratic 3-letter agencies are exempt from taking the injections. No job is worth the jab, and no jab is worth the risks on my life. I’m willing to lose it all to remain free.

THE NUREMBERG CODE

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. As a flight attendant, I am considered a “federal contractor” under Biden E.O. #14042 and I am told that I need to submit “proof of vaccination” or submit a ‘religious or medical exemption,’ by a specified date, just to stay employed. Under existing Federal Law, I don’t need an exemption for something that I already have a “right to accept or refuse.

President Trump has said we were attacked, and it was worse than 9/11 or Pearl Harbor.

Evil, infiltrated, treasonous corruption at all levels of government likely colluded with foreign governments and globalist robber barons to unleash a bioweapon on humanity. My sincere suggestion to all freedom-loving, PATRIOTIC, SHEEPDOG WARRIOR, and Red, White, and Blue-blooded Americans is aligning yourself with unrelenting, hard-charging patriot Americans and do not ever give up! President Trump famously said, "We will not bend, we will not break, we will not yield, we will never give in, we will never ever give up, we will never back down, we will never, ever surrender. As a Congressman, I will sponsor legislation to fund and complete the border wall, re-introduce Stay in Mexico, reduce foreign aid to those countries to empty their citizens onto our borders, and tighten immigration controls, such as pushing to repeal the Hart-Cellar Act of 1964. Immigration is a privilege, not a right. We don't need wholesale immigration reform - we have laws on the books that need to be followed as written first. Immigration should return to a quota-and-merit-based system, such that it benefits America's growth, prosperity, and sustainability.

THE POLICE DESERVE OUR FULLEST SUPPORT, AND I PLEDGE TO DO JUST THAT. HUMAN TRAFFICKING IS REAL
Texas Peace Officers are required to take Human Trafficking training, as well as military and medical personnel. Airline workers often encounter situations of human trafficking in their travels.

Human trafficking is truly a scourge on our society and reduces the sanctity of life and individual freedom to virtually nothing except…money. The open borders policy of the current administration and their Democratic ilk now and in the past, and their supporters, perpetuate this monumental crime against humanity. And that’s what it is, a crime against humanity. Not only in the realm of open borders, but actively bringing into this country illegals in the dead of night via chartered air carriers is simply another form of trafficking and violation of the sanctity of our borders.

Atlas used common sense while not encroaching on American liberties. Atlas was vilified when he tweeted, “The only way this stops is if people rise up. You get what you accept. #FreedomMatters #StepUp.” The media vilified him as promoting a violent uprising.

President Trump was suspended from Big Tech  after Jan 6th, and, as recently as December 2021, the inventor of mRNA tech injections, Dr. Robert Malone, M.D., was suspended by Big Tech  for speaking-out against the injections he played a part in developing.

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

Dallas-born, Plano raised, I’m 2nd generation American whose grandparents survived the Nazi Third Reich to call America their home.

My love of freedom developed at an early age. In 1983, Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the U.S.A,” debuted – I was just in kindergarten in Plano, yet realized the significance of those lyrics and that being an American was special. While attending Plano East, I wrote an analysis of George Orwell’s “1984,” never imagining I’d ever be living it. Following high school, I attended college, a Law Enforcement Academy, and served as a Police dispatcher for almost 3 years – fulfilling my civic duty to serve his fellow man. I joined the airline in 2000 with the desire to travel and serve. After 9/11, I activated my peace officer license and served as a reserve Deputy Constable for 10 years, growing my law enforcement background while serving concurrently in aviation, all with the strongly-held belief that hard work is the building block of true character. After the July 7, 2016 ambush deaths of five police officers in downtown Dallas, I became a full-time municipal police officer as my patriotic duty to protect those who cannot protect themselves.

*The primary responsibility of any elected official is to protect the individual rights of citizens. As a former commissioned Texas Peace Officer, I swore an Oath to preserve, protect, and defend the U.S. Constitution and I applied it  on  every citizen interaction, traffic stop, call for service, warrant service, and process delivery. Even as a Justice  Court bailiff, I didn’t take that allegiance lightly.  Some, perhaps many of our previously elected officials have forgotten their duty or simply considered it a nuisance.

Article VI, Clause  3 , Oath or Affirmation: “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned………… shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.” Again, the primary responsibility of any elected official is to protect the rights of the citizens.

Today, the Oath is codified as 5 U.S. Code § 3331 – Oath of office: “An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: “I, ______, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” This section does not affect other oaths required by law. What is the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember? How old were you at the time?

I vaguely remember the 1981 attempt on President Reagan's life. I definitely remember the 1986 Challenger Space Shuttle Disaster. I was 10 years old, in the 3rd Grade. Many have said at the time, that was the JFK-like event of my generation.

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

First job, I got up at 3:30 a.m 3-4 days per week during the summer and drove to a warehouse located at I-35 & Regal Rd, Dallas, Texas, where I counted eyeglass lenses, cases, and frames for a major eye glasses retailer's annual inventory. I soon realized why work is called "work."

It's the People's House, or at, in theory, it should be. The cycle is repeated every 2 years so career, corrupt politicians (in theory) don't remain in office. Sadly, this hasn't been the case. Outside honest elections, how else would career politicians maintain their elected positions?

On January 29, 2022, I was in Greenville, Hunt County, Texas for a TX-03 Candidate forum held at Greenville High School Auditorium. After the event, I joined fellow patriot candidates at a local BBQ place for food, freedom and fellowship. While there, I spoke to the BBQ restaurant's Assistant Manager who told me due to Covid restrictions, inflation, supply chain and unemployment compensation-driven worker shortages, the BBQ place cannot find enough labor, and that to his own family's detriment is forced to work 70 hours/week just to keep the BBQ restaurant staffed. He said he also owns a family farm and an associated business that has taken a hit as a result of Big government. We shared our concerns this should have never happened and that an aristocracy that could could less about us, still collects a $174K/year while middle class Americans suffer.

ELECTION FRAUD
UNTIL THE NOVEMBER 3RD, 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION “VOTING IRREGULARITIES” ARE REMEDIED, WE, THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, DO NOT HAVE FAITH IN THE LEGITIMACY OF ELECTIONS.  IF WE CONTINUE USING THE SAME MACHINES, SOFTWARE, VOTER REGISTRATION AND ROLLS, MAIL-IN AND DRIVE-IN BALLOTS, NO SIGNATURES, BALLOT TABULATION INCONSISTENCIES, ETC., IT WILL CAUSE FURTHER INEXORABLE, SUBVERSIVE EROSION OF OUR REPUBLIC.

According to Sidney Powell, elections have been rigged for 21 years. Put simply, we can’t “vote more-RED,” or get “more voter turnout.”  Nevertheless, I entered this primary race determined to fight for our present and future generations – FIX what got us to November 3rd, 2020 or there is NO 2022, no 2024, etc.  We will effectively become a one-party state. Republicans and conservatives idly stood by as the Democrats filed 60+ lawsuits within six months of the 2020 election to change voter laws. Why the lawsuits, and why no counteraction?

Former Collin County GOP Chairman, Mark Reid, in a November 20th, 2020 email blast to fellow Republicans, entitled “STOLEN ELECTION.”

Chairman  Reid wrote, “….it is time for ‘Free States’…’Republican States’…. Those that support the Constitution and the principles of Federalism, to stand up for the ideas on which our great nation was founded. We must fight against ‘Marxist States,’ the ‘Deep State’ and their allies in business and media who are actively trying to ‘fundamentally transform’ this nation……Deep state, one world politicians [emphasis mine], and Marxists forces have been engaged in one attempted coup after another……… Rigging this election is the only most recent attempt to drive President Trump out of office.”

Rigged elections are part of the de-stabilization of America, or Ideological subversion – the slow methodical process to overthrow the Federal Government.  In 1984, Soviet defector and former KGB propagandist, Yuri Bezmenov, conducted an interview warning Americans of the four phases of Ideological Subversion and of what was to come, and that we were well-underway.

DID ANYONE REALLY LISTEN?

With a Republican majority 87th Legislature, why didn’t HB16 get enacted?  Every single Texas Legislator should sign AZ Senator Wendy Rogers full forensic audit letter, aka ‘the new Declaration of Independence.’

In a November 29, 2021 “SAVE AMERICA” post, President Trump stated, “Mollie Hemingway’s bestselling book, Rigged, is a great read on the Corrupt Fake News Media and Big Tech’s interference in the 2020 Presidential Election, not to mention the corrupt election itself. They pulled out all the stops to take the election away from the People, and if we had more honest reporters like Mollie Hemingway, they wouldn’t be able to get away with it – more and more evidence of fraud and irregularities coming out, daily!”

If elected to Congress, I’ll will introduce legislation to swiftly ensure States’ Rights and election rules as outlined in the Constitutional are followed, as well as call to repeal those Court decisions (i.e. PA Supreme Court) in 2020 that negatively and egregiously affected all elections. I would also introduce legislation to ensure that ALL those who violate the aforementioned are prosecuted to the full extent of the law, no matter their position.

ILLEGAL MANDATES

Regardless of origin, conspirators or culpability, Covid-19 was an attack on the United States and the world. In other words, we are at war – 5th Generation warfare.

Fellow employees would take my temperature and I would voice my displeasure about where this all headed. I agreed to temperature checks, but MASKS – which affect my health and that of others, were the proverbial “line in the sand.” I was shunned, ridiculed, mocked, alienated for taking a stand. “Your rights?!” colleagues asked.

The American Revolutionary War was fought during a smallpox pandemic which killed an estimated 130,000 colonists. Can you imagine if General George Washington ordered the Continental Army to “mask-up,” “stay-at-home,” “stay 6 feet apart,” “mask up inside your own home,” waiting for the British to arrive and punish them for treason?

In the current era, Masks, PCR, and the injections are all Emergency Use Authorized. Emergency Use Authorization (“EUA”) is an authorization by the FDA under section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) (Title 21 U.S.C. 360bbb-3) whereby certain unapproved medical products or unapproved uses of approved medical products may nonetheless be used in an emergency to diagnose, treat, or prevent serious or life-threatening diseases or conditions caused by biologic, chemical, or nuclear agents when there are no adequate approved and available alternatives.

The masks, PCR, and shots are unapproved, the risks are unknown, and the recipient has the option to accept or refuse. This is known as “Informed Consent.” Though President Trump advocates for the shots and mentions boosters, he still says, “you have a choice” and “you still have your freedoms.” This originates back to the Nuremberg Code, which originated from the Nuremberg Tribunals of Nazi war criminals. This was a series of 11 or so tribunals. The case involving Nazi medical doctors was “United States v. Karl Brandt, et al.”

At last check, social media has suggested Congressional members, as well as bureaucratic 3-letter agencies are exempt from taking the injections. No job is worth the jab, and no jab is worth the risks on my life. I’m willing to lose it all to remain free.

The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study, that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
No experiment should be conducted, where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
During the course of the experiment, the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end, if he has reached the physical or mental state, where continuation of the experiment seemed to him to be impossible.
During the course of the experiment, the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgement required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

As a flight attendant, I am considered a “federal contractor” under Biden E.O. #14042 and I am told that I need to submit “proof of vaccination” or submit a ‘religious or medical exemption,’ by a specified date, just to stay employed. Under existing Federal Law, I don’t need an exemption for something that I already have a “right to accept or refuse.

As a Congressman, I will sponsor legislation to fund and complete the border wall, re-introduce Stay in Mexico, reduce foreign aid to those countries to empty their citizens onto our borders, and tighten immigration controls, such as pushing to repeal the Hart-Cellar Act of 1964. Immigration is a privilege, not a right. We don't need wholesale immigration reform – we have laws on the books that need to be followed as written first. Immigration should return to a quota-and-merit-based system, such that it benefits America's growth, prosperity, and sustainability.

Texas Peace Officers are required to take Human Trafficking training, as well as military and medical personnel. Airline workers often encounter situations of human trafficking in their travels.

Human trafficking is truly a scourge on our society and reduces the sanctity of life and individual freedom to virtually nothing except…money.
