Governor of Utah Spencer Cox (R) appointed Fenn to the Utah Public Service Commission on March 25, 2024 to replace Thad LeVar. [1]
Biography
Fenn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a J.D. from Brigham Young University. [2]
Prior to his appointment to the Utah Public Service Commission, Fenn was an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University. He has also served in private law practice. [3]

Fenn was first appointed to the Utah Public Service Commission on March 25, 2024. He was confirmed by the Utah State Senate on April 17, 2024. Fenn was named chair of the commission on April 22, 2024 by Governor of Utah Spencer Cox (R). [4]
