Jerry Flanagan
Jerry Flanagan was a judge on the Mercer County Magistrate Court in West Virginia. He was appointed to the court in March 2016 following the death of Judge James Dent. His term expired following the 2016 elections and he did not run for re-election.[1] He was succeeded by William Frank Holroyd.
