Jerry Frangas is a former Democratic member of the Colorado House of Representatives, representing District 4 from 2003 to 2011.

Frangas' professional experience includes working as a Senior Counselor with Denver Human Services, Caseworker with Douglas County Human Services and Clinical Coordinator at the Central Shelter for Homeless Working Men.

He serves as President of the North Denver Neighbors Alliance and Board Member of the West Highlands Neighborhood Association.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Frangas won re-election to the 4th District seat in the Colorado House of Representatives, defeating opponent Rick D. Nevin (R).[3]
