Jerry Taylor (b. October 9, 1937) is a former Democratic member of the Arkansas State Senate, representing District 23 from 2005 to 2013. He served as Assistant President Pro Tempore for the 4th District.

Taylor was Alderman for the City of Pine Bluff from 1980 to 1992. He then served as Mayor of Pine Bluff from 1992 to 2000. He served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 2001 to 2004.

Biography

Taylor earned his diploma from Rison High School in 1955. His professional experience includes working as a registered land surveyor and real estate broker. He served in the United States Army.
