Jerry Zimmerer
Jerry Zimmerer (Democratic Party) was a judge for Place 3 of the Texas Fourteenth District Court of Appeals. He assumed office in 2019. He left office on December 31, 2024.
Zimmerer (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for the Place 3 judge of the Texas Fourteenth District Court of Appeals. He lost in the Democratic primary runoff on May 28, 2024.
Biography
Zimmerer graduated from Pasadena High School in 1973. He earned a B.A. in theology and business management from Houston Baptist University in 1978, a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1984, and an L.L.M. in health law and international law from the University of Houston Law Center in 2015. Zimmerer’s career experience includes working as a managing member with Zimmerer & Associates, PLLC and as a senior project manager of network technology engineering with AT&T Mobility.[1][2]
