Jess Loban
Jess Loban was a 2016 Republican candidate for District 4 of the Colorado State Senate.
Loban was a 2014 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Colorado.[1] Jess Loban lost the general election on November 4, 2014.
Biography
After growing up in Colorado, Loban served in the United States Air Force, United States Army and Colorado National Guard from 1996 through 2005. He then worked in government contracting for 10 years.[2]
