Current President of the Marshall County Council (2020-2024), former Bremen School Board Member (2016-2020), former Candidate for State Representative (2014, 2016, 2018).

Republican State Delegate (2016, 2018, 2020, 2022, 2024)

Graduate of Bethel University (BA, Liberal Arts) and Bremen High School. Culver resident. Marshall County resident since 1994. Local Operator, Bourbon St. Pizza, Culver.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

• Listening to the people. Putting their priorities first and saying no to the nonsense.
• Make repair of county roads our number one priority.
• Keep taxes low by focusing on the fundamental responsibilities of county government.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

100% Pro-Life, Pro-2nd Amendment, No government mandates.

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

You can't be a real leader if you don't listen first. Marshall County is a conservative community, and every decision we make in county government should reflect those values.

What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?

Collaborate effectively with the County Council and other elected leaders. Being an effective manager of county employees, including medium range strategic planning.

If you could be any fictional character, who would you want to be?

I feel like I've seen "It's a Wonderful Life" so many times that I have more than a little George Bailey in me.

Are there any little-known powers or responsibilities held by this office that you believe more people should be aware of?

The County Commissioners control the Cumulative Bridge Tax rate, and it needs to be re-evaluated to see if it can be lowered. Our bridges are in good shape and we may be able to divert some fund to other priorities.

Congressman Rudy Yakym, Commissioner Stan Klotz, County Councilmen Tim Harman, Adam Faulstich, Nicole Cox, Deb Johnson and Will Patterson.
